What is free

Every look at a property, with a free account. Enter the address or the parcel number, confirm the parcel, accept the acknowledgment and release, and the run collects the public record around the lot. When it finishes you land on the Reference Screen: a map of everything found, each record placed where it lies and labeled by its general category, with its distance from the lot.

Until a property is unlocked the Reference Screen shows what was found — every record on the map — but not the documents, the source links or the files. One credit opens all of it.

What a credit unlocks

One credit unlocks one property’s package, on the account that spent it. The first time you press “Unlock & compile my package” the property unlocks for your account — every record you add later, every recompile and every download of that property is then free.

• The Reference Map, with each record found linked to the agency’s own copy
• The Property Report, as a PDF, each section cited
• The compiled CAD drawing, as a DXF with layers
• Site plan base sheets at 8.5 × 11, 11 × 17 and 24 × 36
• The 3D massing model, as OBJ and DXF
• The survey records you select, downloaded into the package
• Terrain contours, the aerial, and the zoning and hazard facts as the agency publishes them

Credit packs

Credits are bought in packs of 1, 5 and 10: $5 for 1, $25 for 5 and $50 for 10. The price per credit is the same in every pack. Credits never expire.

You pay by card on Stripe’s secure page — we never see your card.

No subscription

You buy credits when you need them. Nothing renews, and an account with no credits still runs addresses and opens the Reference Screen for free.

Refunds

Unspent credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, on request to info@aecfirstphase.com. Credits already used to unlock a property are not refundable.

Credits are prepaid, are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account or another person. Prices can change; a credit you already bought keeps the terms it was bought under. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
